An experienced Sales Negotiator is required to join a driven residential agency in East Sheen, helping grow market share while delivering exceptional customer service in a competitive premium property environment.

A great opportunity has arisen for a capable and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic property brand in East Sheen. The role requires strong sales ability, a proactive approach and a passion for residential property. You will contribute directly to business growth, provide exceptional client care and succeed in a fast-paced, competitive setting. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing buyers, arranging viewings and conducting property tours

• Generating and nurturing new business opportunities

• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

• Progressing sales through to completion

• Delivering high-quality customer service at all stages

• Maintaining accurate records and working effectively as part of a team

• Representing the brand professionally in the local market

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced residential estate agent

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• High level of customer service

• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude

• Smart, articulate and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the East Sheen area (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence and own car

• Professional and reliable approach to estate agency
