What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying buyers and sellers
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Managing a pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems

• Previous experience in estate agency sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
