Previous property sales experience, or transferable sales skills, is preferred. The role requires strong business generation, excellent client service and outstanding negotiation skills within a fast-paced residential property environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions

• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Conducting property viewings and follow-ups

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Previous estate agency or property sales experience preferred

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Confident and professional communication skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven attitude

• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Transferable sales experience from a related industry considered
