What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors

• Generating new business opportunities

• Progressing sales transactions efficiently through to exchange and completion

• Working closely with colleagues to support overall branch performance

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

• Excellent customer service skills

• Well-presented, organised, and self-motivated approach

• Ability to work in a target-focused environment

• Knowledge of the Ash Vale property market advantageous

• Full UK driving licence essential
