What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements

• Arranging and carrying out property viewings professionally

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to secure sales

• Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, and landlords

• Generating new business opportunities and potential valuation leads

• Progressing sales transactions through to completion with regular updates

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales preferred

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service standards

• Confident telephone manner with a positive approach

• Well-presented, articulate, and engaging personality

• Good knowledge of South Norwood and surrounding areas advantageous

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred
