The office handles a strong portfolio of residential properties and requires a confident salesperson who can build relationships, spot opportunities, and progress deals from instruction to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Register buyers and match applicants with suitable residential properties

• Conduct property viewings and manage feedback with clients and applicants

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building

• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to secure successful outcomes

• Progress agreed sales through to completion while maintaining regular communication

• Keep CRM systems and property records fully updated and accurate

• Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients

• Full UK driving licence is essential
