What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Managing relationships with buyers, sellers, and applicants
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Achieving individual and branch sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 12 months' estate agency experience or a strong sales background
• Proven ability to work successfully in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Professional and articulate approach to clients and colleagues
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-focused
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
