Working as part of an established sales team, you will be responsible for generating viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the office and wider business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Progressing agreed sales through to completion
• Building relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular client updates 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Sales or customer service background
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High levels of customer service ability
• Professional, well-presented and self-motivated approach
• Positive attitude with strong telephone manner
• Knowledge of Petersfield and the surrounding area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle preferred
