What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide outstanding customer service
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
• Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain accurate records and support the progression of agreed sales through to completion
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and branch performance targets 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a genuine interest in property
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Professional, ambitious and target-focused approach
