What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Register and qualify buyers while handling property enquiries

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors

• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes

• Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients

• Maintain accurate records and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

• Previous experience in a sales role or residential estate agency would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, articulate and well-presented approach

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
