What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales Negotiator:

• Managing all aspects of residential property sales

• Registering applicants and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion

• Generating new business and winning instructions

• Providing first-class service to clients and applicants

• Building long-term relationships within the local market

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a Sales Negotiator role

• Proven sales skills and a strong customer service background

• Valuing and listing experience advantageous

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and well-presented

• Confident communicator with a great telephone manner

• Knowledge of South Kensington and surrounding areas is beneficial

• Full UK driving licence and own car essential

• A professional and positive approach to estate agency
