What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

• Conducting viewings and providing feedback

• Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations

• Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Negotiating offers and closing deals under supervision

• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role

• Excellent communication and telephone manner

• Sales-driven with natural negotiating skills

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-presented

• Professional approach to estate agency

• Local knowledge of Banstead area preferred

• Full UK driving licence and access to own car

• Previous property industry experience helpful but not essential
