This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected independent Estate and Lettings Agency in the Farnham area.

If you have a proven track record in property sales, outstanding customer service skills, and a passion for residential property, this could be the ideal next step in your career. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling residential sales enquiries and viewings
• Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
• Delivering outstanding customer service to clients
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team
• Maintaining knowledge of local property market trends 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential property sales experience (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and polished presentation
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive attitude
• Articulate, confident, and persuasive personality
• Familiarity with Farnham and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)
