An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in South East London as a Sales Negotiator. This position is ideal for an experienced Estate Agent looking to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will be confident, highly motivated, and capable of generating valuations, securing instructions, and providing first-class customer service. Experience in listing properties is highly beneficial. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new business and securing property appraisals

• Conducting property viewings for buyers

• Negotiating sales agreements and contracts

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Leading by example within the branch

• Achieving individual and branch sales targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential sales experience (essential)

• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills

• High level of customer service and professional approach

• Exceptional telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of South East London (SE19) advantageous

• Full UK driving license (essential)

• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
