A motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator is required to join a successful independent estate agency in the Southampton area, focusing on residential property sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

We are working with a highly regarded, independent Estate and Lettings Agency with a strong presence across Hampshire. Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy branch in Fareham.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in residential property sales, strong local market knowledge, and the drive to exceed targets. If you're ambitious, customer-focused, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect fit. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling residential property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Supporting the progression of sales and negotiations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Promoting the agency’s services professionally and effectively 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Solid experience in residential property sales
• Local market knowledge of Southampton and surrounding areas
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Target-driven with a competitive edge
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and positive, confident attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence
• High standard of spoken and written English
• Ability to work well under pressure
