Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

An established estate agency in Westbourne is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator.

This role is ideal for someone confident in managing the sales process from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service and working as part of a successful, supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register and qualify buyers and vendors
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion
• Deliver high levels of customer service and client care
• Maintain strong relationships with all parties involved
• Stay informed on market activity and trends 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales
• Proven success in managing and progressing sales
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Familiarity with CRM/property software (e.g., Reapit, Alto) preferred
