This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established and professional independent estate agency in the Yateley area.

The successful candidate will bring proven estate agency experience, ideally with listing and valuation expertise, and a drive to win business and exceed expectations. If you have a strong sales track record and a passion for property, this could be the perfect role for you. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and managing applicants and vendors

• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback

• Carrying out property valuations and winning instructions

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales

• Delivering high levels of customer service

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Promoting the company brand and values in the local market

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential estate agency (essential)

• Proven ability to win instructions and carry out valuations

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service focus

• Great telephone manner and communication skills

• Positive, driven, and professional attitude

• Knowledge of Yateley and surrounding areas (preferred)

• Full UK Driving License (essential)

• Well-presented and self-motivated
