Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated property professional to join a busy and successful Estate Agency office.

The company is a market-leading, privately owned, independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices across the Middlesex area. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and winning new business opportunities

• Delivering exceptional client service at all times

• Spotting and maximising sales opportunities

• Working proactively as part of a successful team

• Negotiating sales effectively to achieve and exceed targets

• Managing applicants, viewings, and offers

• Prioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential Estate Agency experience

• Strong and proven sales ability

• Excellent customer service skills

• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Englefield Green area (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence and own car essential

• Professional approach to Estate Agency
