We are hunting for an energetic, organised and experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor.

Join a dynamic sales team, managing property sales progression at volume: ensuring compliance, communication and timescales while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Significant previous experience in property sales progression is essential and candidates with a strong background in estate Agency or Conveyancing will be considered preferentially.

You will work closely with the Sales Team, vendors, buyers, other estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage companies to manage transactions from the outset and provide a smooth experience for all parties involved. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Prepare sales progression files post-sale agreement

• Create and distribute Sales Memorandums

• Make introduction calls to clients and buyers, explaining the sales process

• Liaise with estate agents and document all chain communications

• Conduct AML checks on all legal owners and buyers

• Ensure AML compliance before issuing Sales Memorandums

• Collect and securely store buyers' financial documents

• Maintain accurate digital files per regulations

• Confirm searches, surveys, and mortgage applications are underway

• Act as main contact for clients in early transaction stages

• Collaborate with the Head of Sales Progression to move sales forward

• Monitor and mitigate issues in the compliance process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in property sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency

• Strong knowledge of legal/compliance aspects of UK property sales

• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities

• Professional and empathetic communication skills

• Detail-oriented and process-driven

• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
