This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency and Administration skills, to become a Property Sales Progressor / Branch Administrator and join a small but successful independent local estate agency.
You'll play a key role in driving sales progression, assisting with all aspects of the property sales process, and ensuring smooth transactions from offer to completion as well as dealing with the branch administration.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents
- Keep all parties informed on sales progression and timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Deliver excellent service from instruction to completion
- Ensure your sales team is informed and updated regularly
- Assisting with viewings
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in estate agency and sales negotiation
- Previous experience in property sale progression and sale management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks
- Strong knowledge of the property sales process
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
- Confidence when dealing with multiple stakeholders
