Our client, a leading independent Estate and Lettings Agency, is seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Ashtead, Surrey branch.

The role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in residential property sales who is motivated, dynamic, and eager to progress their career. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and securing new business opportunities

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers and managing the sales process

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Contributing to the overall success of the branch

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven residential sales experience essential

• Track record of hitting and exceeding targets

• Instruction-winning and listing experience desirable

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Strong ability to generate new business

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

• Professional, well-presented, and articulate

• Knowledge of Ashtead and surrounding area preferred

• Full UK driving licence required

• Strong spoken and written English
