What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Valuing properties and winning new instructions
• Building and managing your own business within an exclusive area
• Running property sales from instruction through to completion
• Providing outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers
• Working flexibly: remotely, from home, or the central office
• Leveraging the company’s support for admin, listings, and software 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator, Lister, Valuer, or Branch Manager level
• Demonstrated success in valuations and winning instructions
• Strong knowledge of the Central London property market
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow a business
• Confident, professional, and results-driven
• Highly self-motivated with excellent people and negotiation skills
