• Overseeing a portfolio of residential lettings properties

• Supporting your team to meet targets

• Ensuring all processes and compliance requirements are followed

• Handling escalated issues, complaints, and complex cases

• Encouraging professional development and maintaining team morale

• Working closely with senior management to maximise income opportunities

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management

• ARLA qualification (preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Calm and confident under pressure

• Highly organised with attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence required
