What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Generate new sales and lettings business through prospecting, referrals, networking and existing client relationships

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and tenancy terms and provide expert advice to clients

• Manage the lettings process from agreed offer through referencing, tenancy documentation and move-in

• Progress sales and lettings transactions while maintaining regular communication with all parties

• Develop valuation and listing skills with the aim of taking on responsibility for market appraisals

• Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office and develop the skills required to progress into branch management

• Proven experience as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator or Senior Negotiator within residential estate agency

• Strong experience across both residential sales and lettings

• Thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish

• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales and lettings targets

• Confident negotiating offers, tenancy terms and fees

• Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills

• Ambitious and commercially minded with a genuine desire to progress into Branch Management and valuations

• Organised, proactive and confident supporting colleagues while taking ownership of your own workload
