A highly regarded independent Estate Agency in Frimley Green is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate will have proven residential sales experience, a professional and customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the agency’s market share while ensuring first-class service for all clients. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing sales from initial enquiry to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors
• Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the process
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets
• Representing the agency professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service standards
• Confident telephone manner and professional attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Frimley Green area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment
• Professional and polished approach to estate agency
