Join a smart market-leading local estate agency in the Barnes area as a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator: negotiating residential sales, valuations, and listings while delivering excellent client service in a demanding local area.

This is an opportunity for an experienced local Estate Agent to work for a respected local company in the Barnes azrea, South West London. You will manage property listings, valuations, viewings, and sales while building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

The role is ideal for someone local, as most properties are within walking distance of the office, and it offers a chance to develop your career in a supportive, professional environment and be part of the local community. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiating and progressing residential property sales from listing to completion

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers

• Providing accurate valuations and property appraisals

• Handling property listings and maintaining the sales database

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Supporting the team in achieving sales targets

• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales

• Previous experience in property listings and valuations

• Knowledge of the Barnes and surrounding South West London area preferred

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Professional, well-presented, and confident manner

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively in a team

• Comfortable working in a busy, client-focused environment

• Local candidates preferred; no car required
