WANTED! Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator Our client, a successful independent agency in Bishop’s Stortford is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to be part of their team.

The role requires strong sales ability, valuation experience, instruction-winning skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.

Our client is looking for a driven and capable Senior Sales Negotiator.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality sales results, conducting valuations, winning instructions, and supporting the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to further develop their estate agency career within a motivated, supportive environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing applicant registration and viewings

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales

• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions

• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors

• Providing consistent, high-quality customer service

• Supporting team targets and market growth

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential sales

• Proven valuation and instruction-winning ability

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident telephone manner and professional presentation

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

• Knowledge of Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding areas is useful

• Full UK driving licence
