Our client is keen to find an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister for a dynamic role with a respected independent estate agency in Fleet. The ideal candidate will excel at winning new instructions and listing properties.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and professional Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister to join a successful local independent estate agency.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and confident in generating new business, conducting market appraisals, and converting instructions. This role requires a results-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying applicants for sales properties

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers

• Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• Managing sales progression through to completion

• Working to achieve and exceed branch targets

• Generating new business opportunities through local networking and prospecting

• Representing the company professionally at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales

• Strong instruction-winning and valuation skills (essential)

• Excellent sales ability and negotiation skills

• High level of customer service and attention to detail

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach

• Professional presentation and articulate communication

• Knowledge of the Fleet area desirable

• Full UK driving licence and own car essential

• Positive, energetic, and ambitious attitude
