Salary: OTE £65,000 per annum

Our client, a highly successful independent Estate and Lettings Agency, is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Valuer / Lister to join their Addlestone branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent with proven listing success to advance their career in a dynamic, supportive environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Securing quality instructions at competitive fees

• Conducting accurate property valuations

• Building relationships with vendors and clients

• Generating new business opportunities

• Meeting and exceeding personal and office targets

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Working closely with team members to maximise office performance

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven residential sales experience

• Previous listing and valuation experience essential

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Strong knowledge of the Addlestone / Chertsey market

• Impeccable presentation and professionalism

• Ability to thrive under pressure

• Full UK driving licence

• Fluent spoken and written English
