Worth Recruiting are seeking a talented Account Manager on behalf of a successful national conveyancing services company. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career within a fast-paced and professional environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have some previous property industry experience, be motivated, and passionate about sales and account management within the property or legal sectors. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and developing client accounts within the residential property and legal services sector
• Building strong relationships with clients and estate agency partners
• Promoting the company’s conveyancing services effectively
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Representing the brand professionally at all times
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with a consultative approach 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in account management or customer-facing sales roles
• Background in estate agency or conveyancing is essential
• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware and competitive in nature
• High level of professionalism and customer service focus
• Confident telephone manner and articulate
• Well-presented, self-motivated, and driven
