What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing and processing lettings administration tasks
  • Handling phone and email enquiries professionally
  • Supporting the sales and lettings teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations
  • Prioritising workload and meeting deadlines under pressure 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency administration
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Professional telephone manner and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Calm under pressure and deadline-oriented
