A leading independent Sales and Lettings agency with a strong local presence is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful Morden team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Growing the property register by winning new instructions
• Driving property sales and exceeding branch targets
• Delivering outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers
• Assisting in maximising branch profitability
• Managing and supporting the development of junior sales staff
• Building rapport with clients and maintaining strong relationships 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales (essential)
• Listing/valuation experience (beneficial)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of the Morden property market (preferred)
• Positive, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional presentation and demeanour
• High standard of written and spoken English
