WANTED!  A dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager who is full of energy and lettings expertise! Required to lead a busy Lettings office in the Cheam area: grow market share, develop a strong team and secure new business across the local rental market.

A great opportunity has arisen for an engaging Lettings Manager to join a respected property brand in Cheam. This role suits a motivated professional who can lead from the front, secure new instructions, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional client service while driving ongoing business growth. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team

• Growing market share through proactive business development

• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions

• Overseeing day-to-day office operations

• Ensuring compliance, accurate administration, and high service standards

• Managing performance and achieving financial targets

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local partners

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a UK lettings management or senior lettings role

• Proven success in valuations, listings, and new business generation

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Confident communicator with a positive, professional approach

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Knowledge of the Cheam / Surrey area beneficial

• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
