Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator required for busy West Byfleet estate agency. Responsible for viewings, negotiations, winning instructions and progressing sales, with opportunity to carry out valuations and grow market share.

An immediate and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in the West Byfleet area.

This role suits a confident property professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and is focused on securing new business. For the right individual, there is scope to carry out market appraisals, convert valuations into instructions and play a key role in increasing office revenue. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Identifying and creating new business opportunities
• Winning new instructions and increasing market share
• Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into listings (beneficial)
• Providing regular feedback to vendors
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
• Working collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
• Ability to generate and secure new instructions
• Experience carrying out valuations and market appraisals beneficial
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• High level of customer service and professionalism
• Target-focused and self-motivated approach
• Confident, articulate and well presented
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Local knowledge of West Byfleet and surrounding areas preferred
