SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £35,000+ per annum

We are seeking a motivated and conscientious estate agency Sales Negotiator with some previous experience, conduct viewings, and negotiate property sales while delivering exceptional customer service in Ashford’s competitive residential market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a reputable independent estate agency in Ashford.

You will play a key role in helping clients buy and sell residential properties while representing the company professionally and positively. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct property viewings and accompany prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through market appraisals and prospecting.
• Negotiate sales agreements to achieve successful completions.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and keep up-to-date with property market trends.
• Work collaboratively with team members while managing your own initiatives. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; articulate and professional.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Target-focused with a proactive approach to sales.
• Professional appearance and confident manner.
• Full UK driving license.
