Our client, an established independent estate agency, is seeking a Branch & Mortgage Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy branch. The role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in property.

You will be assisting the branch team with mortgage applications, property documentation, and general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service throughout the sales and financial process.

Previous experience in estate agency or mortgage admin support essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assisting clients with mortgage enquiries and applications

  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress sales

  • Managing branch administrative tasks and documentation

  • Supporting the sales and lettings teams with property listings and valuations

  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and other systems

  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in estate agency administration (sales or lettings)

  • Understanding of mortgage processes and applications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
