What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and mentoring a successful estate agency team
• Carrying out valuations and winning instructions
• Driving business growth and achieving branch targets
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Representing the brand with professionalism and local market expertise 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency
• Valuation and listing expertise essential
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience managing and motivating a team
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality
• Well-presented, articulate, and engaging
• Local knowledge of Lewes / East Sussex advantageous
• Full UK Driving License required
• Professional and results-focused approach
