Our client, a highly successful independent Estate Agency, is seeking a talented Branch Manager to join their professional team in Maidstone.

This is a fantastic role for a proven leader with strong listing skills, excellent customer service ability, and a track record of motivating teams. An aspiring Assistant Manager looking to take the next step may also be considered. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and motivating a busy estate agency branch team

• Driving property listings, instructions, and sales performance

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Winning new business opportunities across a broad price spectrum

• Overseeing day-to-day branch operations and performance

• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards

• Using social media to enhance brand presence and generate leads

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager

• Strong listing and instruction-winning ability

• Excellent leadership and motivational skills

• Confident, articulate, and well-presented communicator

• Proven business development skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Local knowledge of Maidstone area (preferred)
