RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Housing Association

Residential Property Manager responsible for helping to oversee a portfolio of properties: managing landlord and tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation while delivering a high standard of property management service.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a residential property management team based in Ladbroke Grove.

This role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords and housing partners, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that both landlords and tenants receive a professional and responsive service.

The position requires strong organisational skills, a thorough understanding of lettings legislation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords and housing partners
• Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and contractor works
• Ensure properties are managed in line with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Handle tenant enquiries and resolve property management issues effectively
• Arrange property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Maintain accurate records and property management documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tenancy management
• Prioritise workload and respond to issues in a timely and professional manner 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of lettings and property management procedures
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to work effectively in a busy property management environment
• Strong attention to detail when handling property records and documentation
• ARLA or equivalent property qualification is advantageous
• Ability to commute to or live within reach of the Ladbroke Grove area
