A leading, multi-disciplinary property firm is seeking a highly capable and driven Head of Construction to lead its construction division. This role combines day-to-day operational oversight with strategic business development, team leadership, and financial responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead and support Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure high performance.

• Secure new business and maintain strong client relationships.

• Shape and implement the division’s annual strategic plan.

• Oversee team development, training, and regulatory compliance.

• Attend industry events and tender for new contracts to drive growth.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure commercial viability.

• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• Implement systems and technology to improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience leading construction projects from planning to delivery

• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills

• Commercially aware with solid industry and H&S knowledge

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Established professional network within the industry

• Tendering experience (preferred but not essential)

• MCIOB qualification (preferred but not essential)
