Job Title: HEAD OF LETTINGS – Residential Lettings

WANTED! An experienced Head of Lettings / Senior Lettings Manager based in Wimbledon Village and leading lettings operations across several local branches in the South West London area: Driving instructions, revenue, compliance, and team performance across multiple offices.

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Lettings to take responsibility for lettings performance across their South West London branches.

This is a senior, revenue-focused role combining valuations, landlord acquisition, compliance oversight, and team leadership, working closely with the Directors to deliver growth and consistent service standards. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions across local branch locations

• Advising landlords on rental pricing, market conditions, compliance, and strategy

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors

• Leading and overseeing negotiations on lettings transactions, including complex and high-value instructions

• Managing Terms of Business and ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance

• Overseeing landlord onboarding and documentation processes

• Leading, recruiting, and performance-managing lettings teams across multiple branches

• Setting targets, conducting one-to-ones, and reviewing pipelines and performance

• Maintaining operational control of CRM systems, portals, listings, and reporting

• Acting as senior escalation point for landlords and tenants

• Working with Directors on lettings strategy, growth, and performance reporting

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive experience within London lettings

• Proven background in valuations, instruction-winning, and team leadership

• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

• Commercially focused with strong negotiation skills

• Professional and credible when dealing with clients

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multi-branch operations

• Confident user of CRM systems and property software

• ARLA / Propertymark qualification preferred

• Full UK driving licence essential
