An opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an independent agency in Egham, managing residential lettings, generating new business, and consistently delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced market.

We are looking for an organised and engaging Lettings Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Egham. You will be responsible for generating business, managing viewings, and providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and securing new business from landlords and applicants
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
• Working independently while supporting the wider team
• Meeting agreed targets within a fast-paced environment 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Thorough understanding of the lettings process
• High level of customer service skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well presented, organised and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of the Egham area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional and ethical approach to estate agency
