HEAD OF LETTINGS WANTED! Senior Lettings professional required to lead a local Lettings department: grow portfolio, win instructions, manage and develop team, and deliver outstanding client service across residential lettings and property management operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to take responsibility for the leadership, performance and growth of a busy lettings department.

You will oversee the lettings and management team, expand the portfolio, secure new instructions and maintain strong client relationships. This role suits a confident lister, organiser and team leader who enjoys building business and improving results. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and managing the Banstead lettings and management team
• Growing the lettings portfolio and increasing market share
• Carrying out valuations and winning new instructions
• Developing business generation strategies and local presence
• Coaching, training and motivating team members
• Setting targets and monitoring team performance
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Building and retaining long-term landlord relationships
• Overseeing the full lettings process and compliance
• Reporting on departmental performance and opportunities 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings
• Previous senior or departmental management experience
• Strong track record in listings and valuations
• ARLA qualification beneficial
• Excellent sales and negotiation ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Confident communicator with professional manner
• Presentable, articulate and self-motivated
• Strong local knowledge of Banstead and surrounding area preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Thorough and professional approach to lettings agency work
