We are working with a prestigious boutique Estate & Lettings Agency in South West London who are seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their Fulham team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the Lettings team and office performance
• Listing and winning new instructions
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Motivating and leading the team to hit targets
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
• Driving new business growth 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven Lettings Manager or strong Assistant Lettings Manager experience
• ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to study)
• Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of Fulham, SW6 area (advantageous)
