What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Oversee and manage the lettings team and office performance

• Generate, win, and manage new landlord instructions

• Conduct valuations and ensure competitive pricing strategies

• Drive business development and lead generation activities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

• Motivate, coach, and manage staff performance

• Ensure compliance with industry legislation and internal standards

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced Lettings Manager with proven leadership skills

• Strong record in valuations, listings, and closing deals

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities

• Professional, charismatic, and highly motivated

• Knowledge of the Stratford area (preferred)

• ARLA qualification (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Impeccable presentation and a customer-first approach
