Great opportunity! We are on the hunt for an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee residential lettings, develop landlord relationships, and grow the lettings portfolio within a modern independent Lettings agency in the Sittingbourne area.

This role suits an experienced Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take responsibility for a residential lettings department.

Working for a modern, forward-thinking independent agency, you will lead lettings activity, support the team, and play a key role in landlord instruction growth and retention. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the day-to-day running of the lettings department
• Carrying out rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions
• Developing and maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Overseeing tenancy progression and property management processes
• Supporting and mentoring the lettings team
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Monitoring performance and contributing to business growth
• Representing the company professionally in the local market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Background as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Strong valuation and instruction-winning skills
• Good knowledge of current lettings legislation
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Organised, proactive, and reliable
• Knowledge of the Sittingbourne / Kent area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence essential
