A superb opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings professional to step up as Lettings Manager in a thriving South East London agency, with responsibility for driving instructions, performance, and team success.

A highly respected independent Sales and Lettings agency is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their successful office in Lee, SE12.

This is a great chance for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking to take the next step in their career, or a current Lettings Manager seeking a fresh challenge in a busy, high-potential market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and winning new lettings instructions

• Leading and motivating a small team of negotiators

• Increasing market share and driving branch performance

• Conducting valuations and overseeing property marketing

• Ensuring exceptional service for landlords and tenants

• Working closely with senior management on business growth strategies

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential lettings (essential)

• Proven success in valuations and instruction generation

• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team

• High energy, proactive and personable

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of the South East London lettings market

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Strong work ethic and professional approach
