A successful international estate agency is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their London office in Fulham. The role might also suit an experienced or aspiring lettings manager ready to take the next step.

We are working with a prestigious boutique Estate & Lettings Agency in South West London who are seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the Lettings team and office performance
• Listing and winning new instructions
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Motivating and leading the team to hit targets
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
• Driving new business growth 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven Lettings Manager or strong Assistant Lettings Manager experience
• ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to study)
• Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of South West London (advantageous)
