Our client, a respected independent estate agency in Rainham, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding lettings department.

This role offers a varied and people-focused workload, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients find their ideal homes.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Responding promptly to rental leads and tenant enquiries

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants

• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections

• Assisting with tenancy progression and administrative tasks

• Supporting the wider lettings team when needed

• Promoting properties through social media and marketing videos

• Maintaining a professional and approachable presence at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)

• Confident communicating in person and over the phone

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Computer literate with good written and verbal English

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Professional, proactive, and reliable approach
