Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join the busy team at their Raynes Park branch.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s passionate about property, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the continued success of a dynamic local business. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the Lettings Manager in day-to-day operations

• Sourcing and converting new business opportunities

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants

• Negotiating terms and closing lettings deals

• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the rental process

• Ensuring all processes meet compliance and professional standards

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)

• Proven success in sales and customer service

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Well-presented, articulate, and professional

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Local knowledge of Raynes Park and surrounding areas (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence required

• ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
